Obituary of Lawrence Dolinsek

Lawrence Joseph Dolinsek Age 66. Passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Silver Cross Hospital with his devoted wife by his side. Born in Joliet, he was a lifetime resident. Retired from Commonwealth Edison (Collins Station) after 20 years of service. He was a veteran of the National Guard. Preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Margaret (nee Surinak) Dolinsek. Survived by his wife, Joan L. (nee Cora) Dolinsek; children, Alita (Dan) Guerrero, Lilly (Keith) Polcyn, Joseph M. (Linda) Troha, Steven (Julie) Troha, Beth (nee Troha) (John Gaspari) Bonicoro, and Lisa (nee Troha) (Ron) Mentzer; one sister, Sandy (Tim Whittington) Watson; uncle, Tom (Bernie) Surinak; and numerous grandchildren, cousins and one niece. Funeral Services for Lawrence J. Dolinsek will be Monday, October 4, 2010 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Entombment Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
