Obituary of Albert Domrose

Domrose, Albert J. Age 73, of Plainfield, and formerly of the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Born May 16, 1939 in Chicago, he was the son of Thomas and Helen (nee Baranauskis) Domrose. He worked as a mechanic for W. R. Grace and Company in Chicago. Al will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his support of the Second Amendment, and his determination in fighting cancer and COPD. Survived by his beloved wife, Helene (nee Mackus) Domrose; two children, Karen (Scot) Doll of Wisconsin Dells, WI, Eric (Wendie) Domrose of Plainfield; five grandchildren, Jessica (Josiah) Wilson, Kevin McArthur, Travis McArthur, Tierra Domrose and Eric Domrose Jr.; one great-granddaughter, Adison; one brother, Thomas (Donna) Hussey of St. Anne, IL; one brother-in-law, Joseph (Concha) Mackus; and several nieces and nephews Preceded by his parents; and one sister, Jeanette Hussey Atkins. Memorial Services for Albert J. Domrose will be Friday, July 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be private. Visitation Friday 5-7 p.m. at: FRED C.
