And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:4) The pain caused by the loss of someone we love is enduring, but God promises in his word the Bible that in the near future his kingdom will bring about lasting changes on the earth. A few of those changes are mentioned in the scripture above, death, outcry, and pain will be no more. Not only will God destroy death, he will remove the pain that it causes. “There is going to be a resurrection.” (Acts 24:5) Those who have fallen asleep will be brought back to life, they will have the opportunity of living forever in paradise on earth, no one will ever get sick and die again. May this hope comfort you during this difficult time, I am so sorry for your loss.

Shocked to have read the obituary for Lindsey. Much too young. I remember her playing at her grandparents' house on Cowles Av. when she was young.
Bill and I offer our deepest condolences to her parents, Bob and Cindy, Aunt Robin and the entire family. May God grant you strength to endure the unbearable circumstances. Much love.

Dearest Cindy and family, please accept my deepest and most sincere condolences and prayers. Cindy, if you don’t recall I’m a nurse and we worked on 2 East together. You’re a wonderful woman and I distinctly remember you talk lovingly about your daughters. May God bless Lindsay, her family and friends and may He wrap you in His loving arms.
Sincerely,
Mandy Twait

I went to junior high and high school with Lindsey. Troy middle school and Joliet West. I came “out” my freshman year of high school and Lindsey was always so cool. She always knew how to make me feel comfortable in my own skin. Always smiling and making jokes. Her smile and laughter were so contagious! She was such a special person and will be missed dearly. My love, thoughts and prayers go to all family and friends.
With Love,
Robert Cartwright
