Frances Marie Jacknick
(nee Koselke)

Age 76 of Channahon, passed away suddenly on April 30, 2018 at home.  She was born September 20, 1941 in Hammond, IN, to Donald Joseph and Audrey Juanita (nee Heckman)  Koselke.  Frances retired from American Airlines as a flight attendant following over 25 years of service.  She was an avid gardener.

Survived by her daughter in law; Samaly “Sam” Jacknick, seven grandchildren; Nicole (Joe) Furate, Zachary (Sami) Okrasinski, Emma Diaz, Kalei Bellah, Lucy Brozik, Elijah and Aleana Jacknick; one great-grandchild,  Zander Furate;  siblings, Kathy Derhodes, Thomas J. Koselke, and Mary Lester; her former husband, Joseph Jacknick Sr.; and many nieces, nephews and friends.  She is also survived by her feline companions, Oreo and Little Bit.

She was preceded by her parents; her son, Joey; and her sisters, Catherine Koselke and Robin Clevenger.

A Memorial Service for Frances Marie Jacknick will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at the Fred C.
