Beverly Ann Kurtz, age 85, of Morris, IL, and formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018, at Park Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born in Sauk City, WI, the daughter of the late Oscar and Erna (nee Schaeffer) Bartnick.  Beverly was an accomplished model.  She loved to sing for family and was a big fan of Elvis.

Surviving are her two sons, Howard Kurtz of Chicago and Michael (fiancé Rebecca Weidensee) Kurtz of Lockport; three grandchildren, Emma, Lydia and Matthew; her sister, Shirley Bartnick of WI; and several nieces.

She was preceded by her loving husband, Eli William Kurtz (2001) and her parents.

A Visitation for Beverly Ann Kurtz will be held on Friday, June 22, 2018, at the Fred C.
