Norma L. Goode

(nee Nuttall)

Age 88 passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 22, 2018, at The Gardens at Parke Pointe, Morris, IL.  Norma was born and raised in Waukegan, IL.  She retired from St. Joseph Hospital as a CNA.

Norma is survived by her seven children, Craig (Jacqueline) Goode, Linda (George) Hogg, Thomas (Janet Ivanich) Goode, James (Debbie) Goode, John (Beverly) Goode, Sr., David (Liz) Goode and Scott (Mia) Goode; grandchildren, Christina (Michael) Tessone,  Susan Becker, Michelle (Steven) Harrington, Katie (Joe) Noyola, Sara (Aaron) Soley, Joseph (Elsie) Goode, Billy Goode, John Goode, Jr., Ryan Goode, Louis (Tonya) Goode, Lauren (Justin) Doty, and Jim Goode; fourteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Norma is also survived by her very special love, Ronald Bell.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter C. Goode, Jr.; her parents, Harold Nuttall and Beatrice Dean Nuttall; one brother, Robert Nuttall; one sister, Rene (Bobene) Jaremus; and her grandson, Robert Hogg.

Visitation for Norma L. Goode will be held on Tuesday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet.  As it was her request, cremation rites will follow the visitation. Inurnment will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 at North Shore Gardens of Memories in North Chicago, IL.
