Sophie T. Drysch (nee Jonikas) Age 93. Passed away Thursday, October 4, 2007 at Provena Villa Franciscan. Born in Chicago on March 25, 1914, she was a Joliet area resident since 1960. Loving mother of Edward A. (Mary Lou) Drysch of Shorewood and Stephen F. Drysch of Joliet; devoted grandmother of Robert E. (Patricia) Drysch of Shorewood, Michael A. (Paula) Drysch of Shorewood and Julie Drysch (Sean) Schubert of Chicago; dear great-grandmother of Kristen A., Erin N. Britney M., Matthew R. and Ryan P. Drysch; and fond aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward W. Drysch (1998); parents, John and Eva Jonikas; two sisters and one brother. Funeral Services for Sophie T. Drysch will be Monday, October 8, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home to Holy Family Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Casimir Cemetery, Chicago.
