Obituary of Todd Elder

Todd Elder Age 43, formerly of Tell City, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2008 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Tell City on April 19, 1965, he graduated in 1983 from Tell City High School. He was a United States Air Force veteran and was previously employed with Rayethon in Rantoul, IL and was QA Quality Control Plant Manager for CI Wescom in Casey, IL. He received his BA degree in microelectronics and had been working as a meteorological quality supervisor for Caterpillar in Joliet. He enjoyed Notre Dame sports, Golf and NASCAR. He is survived by his fiancée, Trisha Christensen of Joliet; two sons, Brandon of Nashville, TN and Chase of Casey, IL; two daughters, Laney of Casey, IL and Tessa of Joliet; his father, Robert P. Elder of Ferdinand, IN; his mother, Brenda Spath Gramelspacher of Tell City, IN; two brothers, Paul of Williamsburg, OH and Kevin Ferdinand, IN; two sisters, Beth Buechler of Ferdinand, IN and Robye Delaney of Papillion, NE. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to his children's education fund.
