Our sweetest memories of Gene and Rosie are of the years spent in the back yard on Hunter Avenue having drinks and sharing laughs while the kids played on the St. Pat’s playground. Gene and Rosie were so proud of their kids and worked very hard to provide them a loving home and a good education. Our lives are better for having known them!

What an amazing man. Many people who have great success in life forget how to be humble and kind. Gene was the epitome of both qualities. With an amazing wife and eight incredible children as well as a successful career, he could relate to the groundskeeper, waitress and bank teller and give them a positive nod to carry forward. That is not a gift, but a skill that he shared with all who had the pleasure of knowing him. God bless all of you as you learn to play Gene’s kindness forward. He made the world a better place.
