Obituary of Mya Evans

Mya Lin Evans Beloved Infant daughter of Chelsea Crabb and Ketrick Evans, born to eternal life on Monday, October 26, 2009 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Paulette Bland of Joliet and Todd Crabb of Ohio; paternal grandparents, Tracey Valley of Joliet and David Michael Evans, Sr. of Las Vegas, NV.
