Kora Marie Middono passed away in the arms of her mother on Monday, June 3, 2019 at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago. Kora came into this world seven weeks too soon on March 27, 2019 and proved to be a true fighter. She was beautiful baby girl who touched many lives and gave a lifetime of joy during her short time on earth. Heaven’s gain was our loss.
Kora is survived by her mother, Amber Marie Perry; brother, Kayden Perry; maternal grandparents, Robert (Laura) Yarsky and Traci (Andrew) Ouimette; maternal great grandparents, Ronald and Amy Blum; uncles, Andrew Ouimette, Jacob Ouimette, and Tyler Yarski; aunt Jenna Albright; and cousins, Trinity Dunbar and Claire Albright.
Visitation for Kora Marie Middono will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet, IL. Cremation rites will follow the services. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Kora Marie Middono Fund would be appreciated.
