I met Stan over 25 years ago at a gym we were both working out at. He was at least 25 years or more my senior but I'd see him every day working out just as hard. We formed a friendship and throughout the years he'd been a special person and friend. If we had more people like Stan in this world we'd be better! He'll be missed!
