Obituary of Robert J. Alaimo
Age 60, of Joliet, passed suddenly Saturday, March 28, 2020. He was born July 1, 1959, in Joliet, to Bernice (nee Garrison) and Joseph Alaimo. As a youngster, Bob moved with his family to California where he was raised and educated. He returned to Joliet for many years and was employed as a truck driver and most recently an Uber driver.
He is survived by two daughters, Amanda and Tina Alaimo; two sons, Brian and Coby Alaimo; several grandchildren; one sister, Jeanie Young and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Artley.
Bob enjoyed life and people. He will be remembered as a free spirit who never met a stranger. He had various hobbies including motorcycle riding with his nephew Michael Coleman who he enjoyed hanging out with.
