About 55 yrs ago Lidia would regularly visit my mother to share her faith and teach her about our loving creator Jehovah. She always made time despite her many family responsibilities. I saw her walking in the snow and ice with her book bag- a testament to her faith, perseverance and most of all loyal love- to Jehovah and her neighbors. She made an indelible impression on me and am humbled by the beautiful example she set.

Dear Luna Family, we send you our most sincere condolences. We are sad that we could not physically be there but please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. We ask Jehovah to give you all the strength to endure the pain of losing our dear Sister Luna. She will always be remembered with lots of love and for her zealous love for Jehovah. She gave us a wonderful example of always being out with the group during service and taking advantage of preaching to everyone she could talk to. We look forward to the day when we will be able to see her again!! We send you our love and huge hug.

Our sincere condolences to family. I remember sister Luna as a child, always walking with a smile on her face teaching all of us about Jehovah’s Kingdom. She studied the Bible with my mother, myself and my aunt and uncle. Her zeal for Jehovah and love for people was evident. She was a faithful servant of Jehovah and many of us had the privilege of getting to know her. She was always positive and up building.
