Sally K. Furr (nee Batman) Age 83. At rest Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Resident of the Joliet area since the late 80's, and formerly of Park Forest, IL. Survived by six children, Michael Furr of Pekin, IL, Bonnie Post of Joliet, Thomas (Debbie) Furr of Shorewood, Cathy Lyden of Park Forest, Garry Furr of Joliet and Kenneth (Rita Buss) Furr of Shorewood; 18 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Barbara Meyers of Houston, TX; her sister-in-law, La Verne Batman of Philadelphia, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles Furr; and one brother, Ronald Batman. Funeral Services for Sally K. Furr will be Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.
