I have many fond memories of our time together in the US Air Force and especially when we first met at KI Sawyer AFB. I will always remember the Mighty Michigamme River canoe trip and the Government Peak expedition in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It was over 40 years ago and the memories in my mind were as if it happened just yesterday.
Our Country is a safer place because of you and the Cold War was won.
I will always cherish that you made the trip to Texas and were a groomsman at my wedding.
I will miss you, my friend.

I’m so sad to hear about Tom.
He was just such a character who I’ll always hold fondly in my heart.
His witticisms and stories still bring a smile to my face after 40 years.
