Obituary of Cheryl Gilchrist

Cheryl J. Gilchrist (nee Eich) Age 53. Passed away Thursday, November 8, 2007 at her late residence in Crest Hill. Born April 13, 1954 at St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet. Graduate of Joliet Central High School Class of 1972, and attended the College of St. Francis. She worked as an executive secretary for several firms. Cheryl enjoyed music and was a vocalist. Surviving are her mother, Virginia M. (nee Cryer) Eich of Joliet; one sister, Ginny (Bruce) Nelson of Plainfield; one nephew, Stephen J. Walsh; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by her father, Hubert Stephen Eich (1995). Funeral services for Cheryl J. Gilchrist will be Monday, November 12, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. from the funeral home to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
