Dearest Ray and family, sending thoughts and prayers your way. Marlene was like a 2nd mother to me and my sister and was our go to nurse in the neighborhood. The Testin's door was always open and we had so much fun. She will be missed. Hold onto the memories. Kathy Scent (Slaboszewski)

To Ray and the rest of the family,
I was saddened to hear of Marlene's passing. She was a wonderful woman and enjoyed getting to know her and Ray during my time at The Gardens. She was one of the few people I talked to about moving to Arkansas and she was always asking how things were going with my wife and the move. When one of my aides told me she wasn't doing well, I passed a message on and was thankful to know it arrived before she passed and she was thankful I gave her well wishes. I am glad that I had the chance to pass that on. May God be with all of you during this time of grieving. Tell Ray that Mr. Chris sends his condolences.

My deepest sympathies and sincere prayers to Ray and family. I grew up living behind the Testin family and have many great memories of David, Diane, Danny, Daryl, Donnie, Debbie. I remember Marlene as a kind woman and Ray as having a good sense of humor. As a kid, Nurse Marlene came to my rescue one day after my sister Kathy somehow goaded me into placing a Blistex tube into my ear. Well, you guessed it . . . the cap came unscrewed and was stuck in my ear canal. It was touch and go for little while until Nurse Marlene came to the rescue and was finally able to remove the cap with tweezers!! God's blessings and happy memories to all of you - Denise
