Faye was a loyal friend for almost 40 years. She was a woman of integrity and demanded quality in musical performances. My Aunt Norma and I were privileged to know her and her loving husband Bob. She will be missed.

Thank you Audrey, Mom was truly a force of nature! As in all things she did it her way- she was tired and in a lot of pain - she decided Hospice was right for her and she was at peace with joining my Dad. We will all miss her!

Faye Wheeler was my organ teacher for 6 years when I was in grade school. She was a superior talent as a performer and she was always encouraging as a teacher, never insulting or yelling at you for anything. Since she operated everything out of her basement, she had 2 pianos, a Hammond B3 organ, and a full sized pipe organ which took up almost 1/3 of of the room all down there. My fondest memories of her are when she would try to get her husband's attention and crank up the pipe organ real loud because she didn't want to walk to the top of the stairs and also another time when a stray robin somehow made it into he basement and she almost lost her mind with fear. Ahh memories. Thank you Faye for always supporting and teaching me all the you knew.

Frank, thank you so much for your very accurate descriptions of life with Faye!!! She was a fantastic teacher to all of her students and she loved them all. Lots of great times in that basement for sure!

Faye was so many things to me. She was the wife of my co-worker Bob, she was my piano teacher, my neighbor, and my friend. Upon arriving for my lesson and if they were running late and still sitting down to dinner, Faye brought out another plate, Bob pulled out another chair, and they insisted in sharing their meal. She was the best piano teacher in the area. I am so saddened to learn of her passing and I extend my sincere condolences to her daughter, her grandchildren, and her entire family.
