Your father was an inspiration for me. We shared and interest in Art and took classes together at TCC. We both were subscribers of The National Geographic. Wally and my father took Denny and I to The Chicago Stadium to see the Blackhawks in the Bobby Hull years. I remember the care in burning off old paint from the siding and patching, filling, sealing, and repainting the house. Upgrading the kitchen, and Eileen making P B &J with Jays chips and chocolate milk for Denny and I. The path to Saint Anne’s for the Kennedy’s started with cutting through your yard. I have been good friends with Mike and Denny knowing Terri, Pat, and Bill the best. Your Father was a lucky man and a true treasure. R.I.P. Wally, thanks for your service to a grateful nation!
