Obituary of Marianne Gonda

Marianne I. Gonda (nee Ransom) Age 82. Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at Silver Cross Hospital. Born in Hinsdale, and a resident of New Lenox since 1963. Marianne was dedicated to her family, raising her children and spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are five children, Kathy (Dan) Albert of New Lenox, Karen (Mark) Smith of Joliet, Brian (Lori) Fischer of New Lenox, Mary Carol Gonda of Joliet, and Dawn Gonda of New Lenox; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her dog, Lucy. Preceded by her loving husband, Edward Gonda (1989), and parents, Richard and Alberta Ransom. Funeral services for Marianne I. Gonda will be Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment Maplewood Cemetery, New Lenox. Visitation Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at: FRED C.
