William G. Grady
Late of Shorewood, and previously a resident of Lockport for 68 years. Born on June 13, 1940 to the late Guy Randall and Anne (nee Weiler) Grady. Died June 12, 2009 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center due to complications from treatment of lymphoma.
He was a self-employed contractor for 42 years in the Lockport and Joliet area. Member of the Lockport Lions Club. His expert craftsmanship will long be appreciated and missed by all.
Survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Robin (nee Diaz) and their children, Jennifer (Randy) Paswater and Ross (Liz) Grady; proud Papa to Alex Grady and Sabrina Skowron; one sister Nancy (late Bernie) Segatto; two nephews, Bernie Segatto and Randy (Suzann) Segatto; one niece, Amy (Chris) Perrin; and two daughters and one son from a previous marriage also survive.
A Memorial Service for William G. Grady will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society would be appreciated. Visitation Sunday 1:00 p.m. until time of services at:
