Obituary of Jeanne C. Ryan
Age 56, of Plainfield, IL and formerly of Darien, IL passed peacefully at home with her husband at her side Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
She was born November 22, 1964 to Noreen (Heffernan) and the late Robert “Bob” Hall in Blue Island where she was raised.
Jeanne attended Mother McCauley High School in Evergreen Park and received a Bachelor's Degree from Loyola University. Her career in banking spanned nearly four decades.
She is survived by Aidan, her husband of 22 years; mother, Noreen Hall; siblings, Jon (Mary) Hall, Deb (Rich) Hall-Reppin and Bob (Maura) Hall; mother-in-law, Ann Ryan and brothers-in-law, Mike (Alli) Ryan and Matt (Ann) Ryan. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Preceded in death by her father, Bob Hall; father-in-law, Matt Ryan and her brother-in-law, Dave Ryan.
Jeanne was a beacon of light and really fun to be around. She loved people and pets and will be remembered fondly for her love of travel, attending concerts and cheering on her Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks.
Although her life here was much too short, her bright light and spirit will continue to illuminate among her family and friends.
Visitation for Jeanne will be Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 2-6 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.) Joliet. Funeral services will begin Monday morning, September 20, 2021, at 9: 30 a.m. at the funeral home and will continue to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church located at Arbeiter Rd. near Caton Farm Rd. in Plainfield, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Facemasks will be observed at both the funeral home and church. Interment will take place at a later date.
