I was privileged to have lunch with Henry many times, he was the same person at lunch or being mayor. He always looked out for Rockdale. Great guy, he will be missed by many. Tom Dunn

Laurie,
Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Henry and you were very good neighbors to my mom which I will never forget. I have many good memories of the Berry family growing up next door. My mom and I loved Henry's beef sandwiches. Currently we are out of state and will be unable to attend the services. RIP Henry.

Sending our deepest sympathies from Arkansas. I read about Henry in the Rockdale alumni group. I'm so sorry Laurie. You never forget good neighbors, especially when they have the best cut through yard to head down to Moen Ave.! Here comes Henry in his Cadillac! Get out of the alley! Oh, and sorry about ringing your doorbell and running!! Hahaha. I think you had us figured out. You stopped answering the door! We would get so mad. You were probably watching us out the window knocking on other people's doors! Of course we never did it when Henry was home! Hahaha Good times! He was famous in a small town, especially for those hot dogs! I still think about them. I'm sure my Grandpa and my Mom will be greeting him up in Heaven. Sending prayers to you and your family. RIP Mr. Henry Berry. You left your mark and will always be remembered in our little town.
