Larry and Family: I just learned about Susan's death. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I wasn't fortunate to ever know Susan, but after watching the Memorial Video that the family put together, I can easily tell what a wonderful and cherished person she was. Hang on to all those wonderful memories. May God Bless you all.

Although I only met Sue over the last 15 years of her life, it was truly a pleasure to have her in my life. When we would meet, horses were always in the conversation somewhere. She was a happy person and truly a great match for Larry. The two of them were made for each other and you could see the care they shared for each other and family. Sue will truly be missed by everyone but God has added another outstanding person to his angels in heaven. May the family find solace in her peace with the Lord. God bless all the Weirs family.

To my grandma sue, my Suzy Q : from the day you met me when I was 3-4 years old, you welcomed me into your family. You treated me like I was your granddaughter from the day I was born. You had the biggest heart. You loved to share stories about your childhood with us kids. You loved to attend every sporting event that you could, every family vacation that you could. You never missed a beat. You never failed to make us laugh. You never failed to make us feel loved. You never failed to bake us the best zucchini bread ever. You never failed to scratch our arms because you were the best at it. You never failed to support me being “sick” to miss school to go shopping and to lunch with you and my mom. Nothing gives me more peace than to know you are back with your shopping buddy. That you are back with your daughter in law who you always treated like your own daughter. I know my mom is so happy to have you up in heaven with her. As much as it hurts for us to lose you here on earth… I know that you will forever shine down on us. I know you will forever be the sunshine shining through the dark clouds on a gloomy day. I hope you’re dancing in the sky and riding the horses up in heaven
I love you my Suzy. It was truly an honor to help care for you the last few months of your time on earth. Thank you for showing me what true love is with the love you and my lar bear shared. We will look after him, as he looked after you.
Fly high my angel
-xoxo- Tanya

Tanya, what a beautiful way to describe your grandma and share the love she shared with you and I am certain with her other grandchildren. As a grandma, our goal is always to make each one realize how unique and special they are to us and the world. Your beautiful words give vision to the wonderful woman who is now an angel on the shoulders of many who helped smooth her path. God bless all of you.

We are sending our sincere condolences to the Wiers family. When our son Brendan and Kylie were married, Sue and Larry welcomed him into their hearts and home as a son. Sue always said Brendan gave the best hugs and Brendan looked forward to each and everyone of them. We will never forget the kindness of the entire Wiers family. May the peace of understanding bring comfort to Larry, Dave, Karrie, and Kylie knowing that Sue is watching over them.
