On my many visits to Newark B/P I always seen Mr Kunkel holding court with whomever was in for coffee. Appreciating his outspoken view of most anything his jury would would present in conversation. My most memorable however was the day he tried to commanders a pop delivery truck which was parked in front of his exhibit at the Sandwich Fair I just stood back at watched. The truck was promptly moved. Great Memory. Mr Kunkel was always kind and courteous to me. I felt honored. Thanks for the memories The will have to make one of the seats at B/P The Kunkel Seat.

So sorry to hear of Dick's recent passing. He was a helluva guy. Always good for a laugh and to make one smile. We know the past few years have been tough on him since losing Naomi- now they are reunited again forever.

Dick was great friend who always had something to say . All of us at BP will greatly miss him coming in every morning and sitting at that same table saying HI to all. Remember all the fun we had as classmates and esp that VW car and cruising streets in Morris . Seems that one belt on motor was always breaking at wrong time. Dick I will miss you always. Don
