Obituary of Marie E. Muto

Marie E. Muto, age 92, a long time resident of Orland Park, passed away peacefully, Friday, May 6, 2022 at home, with her loving daughters by her side.

Born March 11, 1930 in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Minnie (Cascio) Geraci.  Her husband, John A. Muto, also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her beloved children, Diana (Edward Cooper) Muto, Laura (Paul) Stankiewicz, John (Diane) Muto, and Christopher Muto.

Marie was a loving and devoted mother who cherished her role as a homemaker and the matriarch of her family.  She also enjoyed reading, music and working puzzles.

Services for Marie Muto will be private and interment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
