Obituary of Edward Augustyniak

Edward P. Augustyniak Age 86. Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Chicago, he was a Joliet area resident for the past 16 years. A United States WWII Army veteran. Member of St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Mary (nee Zenner) Augustyniak; children, Carol Modrick, Alan Augustyniak, Janet Dyehouse, and Kim Zechel; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaugter; and two sisters, Ann Twarog, and Irene Furlan. Preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Sofie (nee Jantas) Augustyniak. In accordance with Edward's wishes, Cremation Rites have been accorded. Private family services and inurnment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery where full military services were conducted. Arrangements by: FRED C.
