I met Eddie when I was 11 & lived in Plainfield, soon after meeting his sister Brandy, attending Plainfield JH with her & becoming close jr high bestfriends, I have such fond & funny memories with Eddie, most spent at the Butlers home in Plainfield. Eddie was a super “cool older brother, that I always had a huge crush on, (I believe others did too), we use to hang out in the garage & listen to albums, once we walked to the cemetery late at night after watching tales from the crypt, he swore he saw a red lit light on a tombstone & I’ve never seen him run that fast!!! that’s the ONLY time I saw Eddie scared of anything, he was too cool for that! I think you were great Eddie & I will always have all the memories!! Rest peacefully my friend!! Your friend forever, Micki <3

I'm so very sorry to hear this! I would've definitely come to the memorial had I known earlier. I only just now saw the announcement of his passing. Ed was an incredible guy, and he absolutely had an awesome sense of humor! One of his one-liner's was "it's like a nightmare, isn't it...just keeps getting worse and worse" and he used to say that when we would play pool together and he was beating me! Lol
I love you Ed, and I hope you're in peace.
