My family and I met Brother Leo in 1988. We are immigrants from Nicaragua. My siblings and I did not speak English but he knew a little Spanish so we were able to communicate. We used to love visiting his office on Kenmore. We loved all the toys he had in his office. We eventually shared the same love for the Cubs. Brother Leo always remembered our birthdays. The cards always included a beautiful massage. My family and I are truly blessed to have met such a wonderful person. He became that ray of sunshine my mother needed in this country.
We love you Brother Leo.
