Obituary of Dorothy Haynes

Dorothy Jean Haynes (nee Mann) Age 82, of Alexandria, KY, and formerly of Cicero, passed away Monday, September 27, 2010 at the Hospice Care Center, Ft. Thomas, KY. Born September 6, 1928 in Knoxville, TN, she marrried Elbert F. Haynes, Sr. on October 29, 1945 in Rossville, GA. Surviving are her daughter, Susan (Steven) Keith, Sr. of Joliet; one sister, Stacy Evans of Lenoir City, TN; stepson, Ross (Joanetta) Haynes of Powell, TN; one daughter-in-law, Gerry (Tony) Zimmerman of Highland Heights, KY; son-in-law, Roger Loyd of Maple Park, IL; and grandchildren, Kim (Roger) Stockl of Cortland, IL, Scott Haynes of Ft. Thomas, KY, Michelle (Chuck) Calbeck of Batavia, IL, Vicki (Bruce) Granger of California, KY, Steven Keith, Jr. of Oswego, IL, Shannon (Monique) Loyd of Sycamore, IL and Ronald Keith of Joliet; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a special friend, Euil Loyd of Alexandria, KY. Preceded by her husband; parents, John and Vola (nee Smith) Mann; two sons, Elbert "Butch" Haynes, Jr. and Bud Haynes, one daughter, Nancy Loyd; grandsons, David Haynes and Jonathon Loyd; and one sister, Ida Reardron. Funeral services for Dorothy Jean Haynes will be Friday, October 1, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
