Obituary of Justin Jeffrey Ezerski
Justin Jeffrey Ezerski
Justin Jeffrey Ezerski, of Minooka, passed away unexpectedly, at the far too young age of 17, on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Justin was born in Joliet, IL, on October 21, 2005. He had recently started his junior year at Minooka High School. Justin had a love of animals, which led to his involvement with German Shorthaired Pointer Club of Illinois as well as Fort Dearborn GSP Club. As a young boy, he was active in the Cub Scouts. Although his available free time had lessened in recent years, his love of fishing, ran deep, ensuring that he’d never miss an opportunity to put a line in the water.
Justin was already an amazing cook and had aspirations of attending culinary school after high school. He loved spending his time with his family and his best friend Katelynn, ideally while watching any number of true crime mysteries. He had the kindest of hearts, and an unwavering confidence in who he was and what he wanted from life.
Justin is survived by his parents, Jeffrey (Catherine) Ezerski and Christine (Kevin) Manikowski; his siblings, Brooke Hanacek, Isabella Ezerski, Nolan Manikowski, and Lana Manikowski; maternal grandparents, John (Lori) Policandriotes and Katrina (Ralph) Schwab; paternal grandparents, David and Susan Ezerski; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his best friend, Katelynn Reinhart.
He is preceded by his maternal great-grandfather, James Policandriotes; and paternal great-grandmother, Florence Rachuck.
