Obituary of Sheila Henry

Sheila A. Henry "DeeDee" (nee Slifer) Age 65, late of Plainfield. Passed away suddenly, Thursday, July 31, 2008 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born October 12, 1942 in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Orville and Ruth Slifer. She was raised in Union, NJ and had resided in Plainfield the past 39 years. Employed by Broder Brothers for the past two years. She enjoyed Native American cultures and loved going to Pow Wows, but her family was her true passion. Beloved mother of Tammy Moore, Jason (Heidi) Moore, Justin Moore, Jeremy (Melissa) Moore and Heather Henry; proud and devoted grandmother of Marissa, Jordyn, Rori, Michael, Michelle, Megan, Travis, Tyler, Mason, Logan and Aria, with another grandchild due in October; dearest sister of Beverley (David) Urschel; special aunt of Wesley and Marc Urschel; dear niece of Theodore Gunter and Bernice Slifer. She will also be missed by her dear friend, Steve Debelak. Funeral services for Sheila A. Henry will be Monday, August 4, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
