Obituary of Joseph Hilburger

Joseph M. Hilburger Age 70, of Plainfield, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2009 at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. Born in Chicago September 28, 1938 to the late Joseph A. and Marie (Sliwoski) Hilburger. A U.S. Army Veteran, he was an accountant retiring from Nalco Company after 34 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and computers. Beloved husband of 44 years to Joyce M. nee Grzeskowiak (Gresko); Loving father of Michael (Amy), Susan (Dan) Millette and Brian (Marlene) Hilburger. Proud grandpa of Kyle and Claire Hilburger; Ashley Millette. Dear step-grandpa of Joshua and Ryan Lurk. Fond brother of the late Robert (Barbara) and Ted (Mary) Hilburger. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral services for Joseph M. Hilburger will be Thursday August 6, 2009, 9:45 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Plainfield, where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Mary Immaculate Cemetery.
