I knew Robert many many years ago when he came to Texas to visit his cousin Susan Varini and her family. I was thinking about Susan and began wondering about Robert. Chuck. Roger Shoemaker and his older brother. I had talked to Debbie Varini Jobe and asked her how all of you were doing. I would really like to speak with someone who may may remember me.
So sorry for the loss of Robert. He was a very nice young man. Enjoyed knowing him for a year or two.

Bob was a great coach and all around good guy and neighbor. Great fun getting up early in the morning to go fishing at McEvilly’s pond/lake. We snuck in most of time. Great memory. Condolences to Marilyn and children. I’m sure he’ll be terribly missed. God Bless!
We had a great time growing up in Fairmont playing ball and being friends. Bob was a good guy and good baseball player. Condolences to Chuck, Ray, Don and family. Rest in Peace Bob. Keep us in the batting order!
