I met Mike as he was walking his beloved dog Maggie. We had great conversations about every thing and anything.
I'm glad that the short time I knew him we laughed at our respective stories about growing as well as current events.
It was easy after knowing Mike a short time to understand how he was and always will be remembered as someone who was friends with whoever he met.
Thanks for the laughs we had, Mike.

Mike always came to work with a smile on his face. With that smile and his sense of humor the mornings would always start out with everyone having a smile on their face. He would always put everyone else first. When I would call to see how he was doing he would always turn it around and asked me how everything was going with my family. Lot of memories. He will definitely be missed but never forgotten!

We were blessed to be neighborhood friends of Mike and Debbie for the several years we lived in Grand Prairie. We can say unequivocally that Mike is one of the most kind and giving people we have ever known. We witnessed his selfless acts of compassionate service to others on numerous occasions and experienced it personally during a very difficult time in our lives.
Mike also had a zest for life, a contagious laugh and a knack for story telling. One of his favorite topics was childhood memories of growing up in Joliet. Since we were Joliet East Siders, we very much enjoyed those. Then there were the play sessions between our dogs (Maggie and Rusty). Rough and tumble episodes halted quickly by just saying the word “cookie”. So many memories, too many to mention.
Rest In Peace Mike. We will never forget you❣️
