Andrew Hulina
Age 93, passed away Friday, June 15, 2007 at Edward Hospital in Naperville. Born January 28, 1914 in Joliet, and a lifelong resident. Retired from Caterpillar, Inc. after 27 years in the Tool and Supply Department. Member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, its Holy Name Society, and the Loyal Order of Moose.
Survived by his three sons, Andrew "Jim" Hulina of Joliet, Richard E. (Bonnie) Hulina of Chicago, and Thomas J. (Kathy) Hulina of Lisle; five grandchildren, Edward (Amy) Hulina; Elizabeth (Jim) Kurtzweil, Holly (Chris) Gange, and Brian; and Scott Hulina; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Frank Hulina of Addison; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Sophie (nee Papesh) Hulina (2000); parents, Joseph and Anna (nee Stevochak) Hulina; two brothers, Joseph and Stephen; and two sisters, Anna Stofko and Mary Bazik.
Funeral Services for Andrew Hulina will be Monday, June 18, 2007 at 10:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Joseph Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorials to St. Joseph Church Restoration Fund, 416 N. Ottawa St., Joliet, IL 60432 or American Macular Degeneration Foundation, P. O. Box 515, Northampton, MA 01061 would be appreciated.
