Thomas Wolfgang Holzinger
Age 58, of Streamwood, IL and formerly Gardner, IL, passed from this life Friday, April 12, 2024, at his home.
Tom was born September 3, 1965, in Niles, Michigan the son of Dieter and the late Suye Holzinger. He was a graduate of Gardner-South Wilmington High School.
Surviving are his father, Dieter Holzinger; three brothers, Harold Price, Kurt Holzinger, and Norbert (Jennifer) Holzinger and brother-in-law, Robert Byerly; nieces and nephews, Jade, Alec, Jordan, Dakota, Jared, Marina, Bill, Steve and Jason. Tom will also be missed by Jade Lawson, whom he thought of as a daughter.
In addition to his mother, Suye Holzinger, Tom is also preceded in death by his sister, Heide Byerly, sister-in-law, Patricia Price, and nephew, Michael Price.
He was employed as a sales lead generator coach for Warehouse Direct for several years.
A purveyor of good food, Tom took great pride in preparing wonderful meals lately, sometimes posting his efforts on social media just to let friends know what they were missing.
All friends and relatives are invited to gather on Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home 1201 W. Rt 6 at Deerpath Drive in Morris. A prayer service will conclude the afternoon beginning at 4pm.
Cremation rites have been accorded and Tom's final earthly remains will be interred at a later date.
