Obituary of Darlene Hurst

Darlene Hurst Darlene A. Hurst, age 59, of Joliet and formerly Elk Grove Village, died suddenly Saturday, December 18, 2010. Born (and raised) in Evanston, IL to the late Lorraine (Voltz) and Thurston Hurst. She was the beloved mother of Shelice (Alasdair) Earley, Carli (Garret) Mick, Shannon (Matt) Stang and Kelly (Shane) Bailey; proud grandmother of 7; dear sister of Lori Lang, Roger Hurst, her twin Gary Hurst and Pam Timberlake. She was a beautician and proprietor of Darlene's Beauty Shop at the Wyndemere Retirement Home of Wheaton. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting and being a loving grandmother. Services will be private.
