Maria, Anna, Sandi and Pasquale,
Nichole and I are so sad to hear about the passing of Pasquale. I'll never forget the work ethic that this man instilled in not only his children, but his children's friends as well. Victor Gallo once told me that the hardest working men he ever met in his life was Pasquale Carestia and his son. And he was right. I'll always remember the summers when he would let me tag along with him and Pasqualino to go harvest asparagus. Pasquale always knew where to find the best crop!
He was always kind and inviting to not only me and Nichole, but my entire immediate family. He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. The obituary is spot on. He was a man of few words, But to those who knew him, he was larger than life.
