In addition to his construction endeavors, Jimmy ventured into the hospitality industry. He was the proprietor of several successful establishments, including Gables Restaurant and Peter Piper Restaurant with late brother George, Lindo’s Lounge alongside his brothers Angelo and late brothers George and Bill, and Mr. H’s Restaurant with his treasured wife.
