Obituary of Linda Kapus

Linda Ann Kapus (Finch) Age 66, of Plainfield and formerly Downers Grove, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center. She was born January 19, 1946 to the late Dorothy (Moraveck) and Thomas Finch in Hinsdale, IL, where she was raised and educated. Beloved wife of 47 years to Jerome "Jerry" Kapus; Loving mother of Thomas, David, Jason (fiance Vanessa), Christopher and Jon Kapus. Proud and doting grandmother of John, Elizabeth, Brittany, Emma and Aiden as well as a great grandson Kayden due in February. Dear sister of Amy Boston. Fond niece of Jack Moraveck and cousin to Larry Burris, the late Carey, Dan, Andrew, and Michael Moraveck. Linda was a Pharmacy Tech at the Westmont Walgreens (63rd and Cass Ave). She enjoyed oil painting, gardening, cooking for many and baking, but her greatest passion was being a devoted grandma. Funeral services for Linda Ann Kapus will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2012, 9:45 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, 129. S. Division St. (Rt. 59), Plainfield, where a Mass of Christian of Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood.
