Our hearts and prayers go with Maureen and family. We know Chuck is in a good place with other loving family and our Heavenly Father. May God bless you and carry you through green fields and flowers with a little Elvis playing in the background.
My condolences to the Phillips family. I had the opportunity to visit with Chuck at our 35 year JCHS class reunion in October. I always appreciated that Chuck made the effort to attend all of our reunions and reconnect with his high school friends. He was a good man and will be missed by all of us.
I am speechless.. but I can't rest with saying nothing. My life will forever be changed. I wasnt even supposed to be there yesterday.. but God had other plans for us both. You don't know me, but I was the girl who held your hand and talked to you Chuck. I saw everything and I ran to your side instantly.. you did not leave this world alone.. I watched a swarm of earths angels surround you and protect and comfort you as you made that journey home.. RIP. I am praying for your family, your friends, and You dear soul.
I have lost a very dear friend today..Charles Phillips III, aka "Chuck". You were the sweetest, happiest, quirkiest, most generous man I have ever know. Your smile and your goofy little ways always seemed to lighten up everyones mood and brighten their day. You never failed to offer a shoulder to cry on, a hug, or advice when someone needed it. Your laugh was contagious, that I will miss the most. You will be greatly missed my friend but never forgotten..R I P Chuck.
