Obituary of Ronald E. Voll
Age 67, of Joliet, passed away suddenly on Friday, January 10, 2020, at home. He was born in Louisville, KY, the son of the late Edward and Alice Voll. Ron was raised in Chicago, living in Joliet the past 15 years. Ron recently retired from Operating Engineers Local #399 with over 30 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed riding his Harley and was very dedicated to his wife and family.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Colleen (nee Kerry) Voll of Joliet; three children, Kevin Morris of Northlake, Patrick Morris of Zion and Ryan (Kevin) Myers of Chicago; his grandson, Eamonn Myers; he is also survived by his brother and seven sisters.
Visitation for Ronnie will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020, at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd (at Essington Rd), Joliet, from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Private Family Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
