Ron and I worked together briefly at RT&A. His down to earth personality combined with his technical and practical knowledge helped inspire me to obtain my degree in civil engineering and become a licensed engineer. I am grateful for the opportunity to have known the man and wish I would have reached out to express my gratitude earlier .
