Maggie was loving caring hardworking and devoted mother. She would call me weekly and our chats were about everything. I met Maggie when I was 15 years old, she had a job working at the Grant Hospital coffee shop. We became friends and she lived just 2 blocks from me. We worked together, partied, went for weekends at Starve Rock, celebrated birthdays, weddings, births and grieved deaths of families and friends. I have known Maggie and her family since 1970, 51 years…I miss her…
